Nicholas Carbone

Attorney Carbone focuses his practice on Criminal and Civil Litigation. Prior to forming Boyle & Carbone, P.C., Attorney Carbone worked as an associate for a Worcester law firm focusing on Family Law and Criminal Defense, as a prosecutor in District Attorney Joseph Early’s Office and also served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Timothy Hillman in the United States District Court. Attorney Carbone possesses experience and an excruciating work ethic that is evident in all cases that he works on. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as in the United States District Court. Aside from the practice of law, Attorney Carbone is very active in his community, is a former City Councilor and serves on the School Committee for the City of Fitchburg.

Donovan Boyle

Originally from South Africa, immigrating in 1993, Attorney Boyle has always wanted to become a lawyer. Graduating from high school in California, Attorney Boyle joined the US Army to help pay for his impending college tuition. After three years of service, Attorney Boyle attended Salisbury University in Maryland, after which he then taught English in China for a year before applying for, and ultimately attending, the Massachusetts School of Law.
